Title: Order not received - Vendor won't respond

Hi, I placed an order 8 days ago and it was listed as in transit 7 days ago.  I wouldn't of thought an Express Post package would take that long?  I messaged the vendor but he is not responding. 

Would like to know how to follow this up.

as long as you didnt finalize early you will be able to take him to resolution center and request a refund.  there is no way an express shipment should take that long.  so either he didnt send it or it was intercepted (less likely)  this is assuming you are in the same country of course.
