Title: Unsure how to proceed with 3+ week old order

This is my first time having any issue with a vendor on SR. I placed an order on May 21 that was marked in transit on May 24th. I have had a few messages since then with the vendor asking about the delayed shipping/missing package. They have had many updates on their vendor page about shipping issues and I have been following along with them and they have since said their shipping problems are resolved. However, my package has still not arrived, 3+ weeks after ordering, while 50+ (if not many more) orders have been finalized with them without incident and people claiming fast 2-3 day delivery. This is a domestic sale and my order should be no different.

I have been told, "wait a little longer" many times, and have had no issue doing so as they are a reputable vendor. I understand the issues they ran in to and have been very nice and understanding about the whole thing. But they have failed to produce a DCN for my order. The last message I received was them apologizing and asking what my order was so they could resend it and I will receive a tracking number ASAP. This was on Sunday (June 9) and I have had no further replys from them even though I would expect one considering this situation and I have asked for an update. Also, on their vendor page, they have stated that all orders made before June 10th @ 1PM would ship that night. I would have assumed my order would be included in that at the very least. I have not finalized and I had to put the order into resolution (again, I did this on Sunday the 9th, a few hours before auto-finalization) to extend it 5 more days to allow for the re-shipment.

How this stands now is I am not sure if the package has been re-sent, even though it should have, according to them, and I should have been notified of it. My only BTC is now stuck in this order and I needed this a week ago minimum. I have been on SR for close to 2 years and haven't dealt with something like this before. I am never rude or agressive about this stuff, but at this point, 3+ weeks later, I am in physical pain because of this probelm as I shoud have had my order weeks ago and I use this medicinally. I have learned some lessons from this, but I need to resolve this and get an order. What can/should I do at this point?

From what you describe it sounds like you have/are doing all that you can to resolve the issue. As you know there is nothing that can be done via the forums to assist you in such matters, as you have already taken the the transaction into the resolution center you will need to work things out there and if you are unable to reach a resolution with the vendor then an SR admin will adjudicate on your behalf.

Thank you for the response. I guess I'll just have to wait it out a few more days and if nothing happens, I'll request a 100% refund.
