Title: Vendor not responding - Item not received

Hi,
I placed an order over a month ago and the vendor claimed it was shipped a week after order date. A tracking number was then provided. The tracking number says it has arrived in the country 2 days after shipment date but no further activity since then. It has now been more than 3 weeks and nothing has arrived.
I have sent a few messages to the vendor to find some answers and have had no replies for over a week now.
As it was my first order with this vendor they required FE. What are my options at this point?

Given the order is finalized your only option is to try to work out a resolution with the vendor I'm afraid, SR admins can only assist you when the order is in escrow.

In saying that, if the order was still in escrow and the vendor claims it was sent and they also request FE for first orders, what outcome would SR admin recommend?

If the order was in escrow then the admins could investigate the matter and make an informed decision based upon all the information at their disposal. Resolution matters can be very complex with many different factors taken into consideration, I could not comment of what a possible outcome might be I'm afraid.

If in this case the vendor has been seen to be recently having a high number of non receivables and feedback from customers that they are not responding to messages about their orders, can SR admin investigate?

Absolutely, report the vendor and/or send in a customer support ticket via the market site alerting the admins to the issue. If they see one ticket they may not take too much notice but if they see 3, 4, or 5... then yes they will sit up and take notice.
