Title: Vendor not responding

so 3 days ago a vendor(wont say who) said it was fine to mail something to two different houses. So yesterday night i made my order and emailed the seller confirming i had done that. they have not responded to my email yet and the package is still marked as processing. It has only been a day since i placed my order should i be worried?

No need to be concerned at all, you should allow a day or so for the vendor to prepare your order so they can confirm it and mark it as 'in transit' just before they actually ship. Vendors have 4 days from the time and order is placed to confirm it, if that does not happen the buyer can cancel the order themselves.
