A week ago last Friday I ordered some product from NORCALKING amounting .99 bitcoins, .92 for the product, and .07 for priority shipping. I choose NORCALKING because they have a good rating and listed good comments on their page from customers. They also advertise that...
#1 They ship by 11am the next day,
#2 Always email them with questions or problems with ordering,
#3 They ship priority mail but no tracking number
After placing the order, I saw a notation next to the order that it was being "processed," . I didn't think much of this until Sunday night, and saw the order was still being "Processed," so I sent them an email asking if my order was on the way. As I didn't hear back I emailed again, still nothing. As I am rather new to Silk Road and don't quite know my way around, I decided to make several comments on the "report this vender" page regarding my order, still nothing. I tried to contact support, and still no help. I tried a direct message to the pirate, nothing.
Finially I came to this forum and sent a message to NORCALKING from here asking for my order.
Their response was
I was being "pissy,"
That they don't ship small orders priority (even though I paid them for it), and
That they never said they ship by 11am the next day.
I receive another message from them that my order went out Monday.
THEN i receive another order that ooops! my order didn't go out after all (this was Thursday), and
I had sent them a message to stop delivery. That they were "holding" my order until they had the right address (which they had) and "Hinted" to me that they were locking up my funds and not shipping anything. Then, they said they are refunding my money after all this (which they haven't)
And now they are saying they refunded my money and the reason it's not showing in my account is that my account was compromised.
If anyone cares I will be happy to forward all these messages over to you. I am assuming the addresses will bear out they are real messages from this company.
These people are acting like assholes. I have no idea how they got the ranking on Silk Road. Perhaps this was a solid company at one time, but not now. I want to warn everyone these turds will scam you. I told them that I will continue notiyfing members until I receive my product. I don't think I'll get it, so my plan is to notify all forum members -all 2800 of them as well as hit all the forums. It's going to cost NORCALKING a lot more than what they stole from me. I'm a retired nam vet in a wheelchair and have lots of time on my hands.

My understanding of this situation is that the vendor in question NCK is trying to work with you to resolve the issue however you have responded thus far by making threats to damage this vendors business if they do not meet your demands.
The only way to resolve this matter is via the resolution center on the market site. If needed the admins there have full access to all communications between you and the vendor and so it would be quite a simple task for them to determine the facts of the matter in this case so why not just try to approach this issue in a reasonable non emotive manner and work with the vendor to resolve this in the first instance.
Also correct me if I am wrong but didn't you recently loose control of your account i.e. were phished? If that is the case then I would expect you have a customer support ticket sent in requesting a pass phrase reset so when the admins there get to your ticket they can also pull up all your account information and look into the issue syou are claiming took place.
Posting further in the forums on this issue whilst you are still seeking a resolution does not add weight to your claim and it is just generally unhelpful. If you go through all the correct procedures and are still are unhappy with the outcome then the forums are here for you to speak your mind as is your right.

Tell me to mind my own fucking business if you like NCK but are you sure you want to be encouraging that kinda behavior? I can fully appreciate you just want this issue to disappear but anyone with half an ounce of common sense can see this for what it is, I just hope you don't encourage others to behave in this way.
Either way I hope the issue can be resolved quickly and amicably on both sides asap.

Message to tcbagby - before you do ANYTHING else please log in to your account on the market site and read your messages there, if you can't log in (as we suspect you have been phished) then create a new account and contact customer support by submitting a ticket requesting a pass phrase reset, if you need to know more read the SR wiki.

yeah, am waiting on these meds to kick in then will go back to sleep...Seriously...take care of yourself....when you get to be as old as me you'll feel the years of wear and tear on your body :(
