Title: order with deleted vendor

I have an order with a vendor who was apparently stripped of his vending (frankmatthews) rights please can this be canceled.

Did you stay in escrow?  If so, just click on the "resolve" link when it becomes available to you.  It will take it to the Resolution Center where you can request your refund.

So it's still in "processing" status?  If that's the case, you should be able to simply cancel the order after 4 days.

i was asking him for a refund due to the terrible quality of H he sent me ,is there anything i can do or have i lost my money ?

If the order is in escrow then take it into resolution and state your case there, if you finalized the order the SR admins will be unable to assist you I'm afraid and your only recourse will be with the vendor themselves.
