Title: Took a 1/5 feedback which knocked my rating down to 77.5 from 100?

I received a 1/5 feedback which took my rating down to 77.5 from 100 but I have cleared things up with the customer and the issue at hand and he put back the 5/5, but my rating still is at 77.5? Is this down to an error or something or will it stay like that now because of things?

your rating should reflect the updated feedback score, if that has not happened you may want to take it up with SR support, you may be waiting a while for a response though given recent events.
