There is this promising new German Vendor with very attractive offers... but he has only 1 successfull transaction and strictly demands the buyer to finalize early...
can anybody tell me if this is legitimate in SR Rules? his description looks a bit edited together from other vendor's, talking about
"because of scammers we were forced to change our payment policy",
and :
"Escrow is only for established buyers on Silk Road. Sorry,
there are too many scammers creating new accounts that never pay.
Escrow is for our regular clients with 4 trades or more with us,
and with more than 10 transactions done and less than 10% refunds."
that sounds a little odd for a seller without any visible history...
i thought i ask here, because if it actually is a rule violation someone could let the guy know that he has to change to full escrow, at least to buyers with good stats... things could get cleared up without any troubles for the seller and i could try if he is ok without having to feel like and idiot when things go wrong, because i really want this guy to be legit...

No they are not, report them.

I let the seller know that he has to overthink his policy and stay within escrow... he could very well be legit and only wrong about this point... i would lie if i said i wouldn't be very interested in his items, so i would like to give him a chance within escrow... without the risk... i am happy about every new german vendor, so i kind of have an interest in it...

you should try talking to him in a message

Sorry, but if a vendor with 1 transaction demands FE, I would never EVER buy from until he has proven himself.
Cancel the order and never look back 8)
