Title: Should I open a Support ticket? - Vendor has yet to cancel my order -

I placed a second order from a seller but later realized later I would get better deal if I ordered more.  So I emailed the seller and let them know I needed more and what we could do, ie custom order or cancel and re-order and they replied saying they would cancel the order. 

Right after they sent the message the order was changed from processing to in transit and they haven't responded to my message about it, that was 2 days ago.  I see they have logged in both days and I messaged them again this morning but my messages still show as unread.

I know it hasn't been that long but at the same time I'm starting to get a bad feeling about it so I thought I should find out what some of the vets think I should I do.  I will obviously wait until next week before starting anything official but I guess I could just sleep better knowing what kind of options I have if things go south.

If the vendor agreed to cancel then confirmed the order then yeah I'd open a support ticket.

Ah that was fast thanks.  But what could support do?  And won't I just be making a seller I gave an address I use for shipping angry?

Maybe but the vendor didn't do what they said they would do and now you are sweating on the order. Ultimately it's up to you, maybe give the vendor another day to get back to you if you are happy to wait, you would probably be waiting 24 hours for a response from SR support anyway.

With regards to what they can do, well they could cancel the order for you, would depend on what the vendor had to say I guess.

I'm in no rush really, this vendor seems to do a ton of business though so I guess he could be that busy and hasn't realized yet?  Maybe he thought I was trying to pull something, I dunno.

It's a shame though because he has some great product at the fairest prices I've seen so I rather not get him in trouble but I won't be using him again either way this goes.
