i ordered a few spansules of a prescription drug from a buyer who sent them. a few days after receiving, i noticed that they had air space in the clear gel cap. i asked the seller for a partial refund and he hasn't responded in over a week now. any tips on how to proceed? happened to anyone else?

I'm assuming you have finalized the order with the vendor?
If you have then the best you can do is keep trying to get the vendors attention and have a look on the forums to see if others have had issues, sometimes creating a thread and generating some discussion around things can motivate a vendor to be more receptive.
