Title: resolution?

I know theres probably an explanation of this somewhere already. Can someone explain how the whole resolution thing works. What if the vendor never responds?

Take a look at the SR wiki, the link is in the sticky at the top of this board. Nearly all of all questions posted here could be answered by the poster if they read the wiki.
