Title: Somehow ended up with two orders and negatives funds in acct

Hello,

I was trying to place an order for two items from a vendor. Somehow I ended up with two orders of one of the two items I was trying to get and my account is -1.27btc  and I can't cancel my order yet.

I already messaged the vendor. Should I contact support or is this post enough?

I would think the vendor should be able to cancel. If not then contact support.

Sounds like a glitch, you should not be able to order if you have insufficient funds in your account, contact SR support on the main site and see what they have to say.

Negatives funds?  ???

If silky accounts had credit I would be high right now!
