Title: Fake Products

I was just wondering what a customer can do if they received a fake product? And, if the order was finalized upon delivery and before testing or consumption. I'm sure there is not much that I can do at this point, I have and believe others have reported the vendor but it is not very likely he will return as he hasn't been on after being accused of distributing bogus items and the listing was promptly removed as soon as he became aware of circumstances.

After finalizing there is little you can do I am afraid beyond petitioning the vendor and bringing your issue to the forums to alert others.

If a lot of people have had the same issue and reported the vendor they may end up being banned anyway, that won't help you will I refund I know but it will at least stop them from vending to others.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I expected to be the end result.
However, I guess somebody will have to turn up dead from some bogus unknown substance before SR will take action?

Even then another user has stated in the review thread they were hospitalized the legitimacy of that is obviously unknown however if proven correct what measures are in place for such a case?

 I'll guess none, seems a blind eye is turned to a bit more things around here....

First off, if you've already taken this up with the vendor and they won't make right, go into your feedback for the vendor and change it to reflect your dissatisfaction.  This will help warn others looking at that  product and the vendor will take immediate notice that their reputation is taking a hit.
Once you finalize there isn't much SR can do besides suspend a scamming vendors account.

can you at least help the masses in terms of potential fake products by letting us know if we're talking about a powder, pill, compound, etc?
I too am concerned I have bought some fake product this week; the money issue sucks, but I'd be happy just to know that the product shipped was fake so as to protect my health.
My concern is with fake Qualitest (V / 48 12) 30Mb Oxy's.  Have there been confirmed fakes of these on SR in the past??
All, please update this thread if you have experienced, or are suspicious of the same.  Could mean serious health effects!
