i made order with "miss snow go" a big quantity and never arrived
i ask for resolution , she said " according to my information , it's well arrived "
but still nothin and im not a lier or attempt to scam her because is what she think
someone got trouble with this seller ?

So are you saying the order was sent with tracking and the vendor has checked and it is showing as delivered?
The vendor should then if that is the case make the tracking info available to you so you can check for yourself, not that tracking is a cast iron proof of delivery as there are all sorts of ways it can be manipulated but if that was the vendors position in resolution to evidence delivery they should at least allow you to verify for yourself.

no off course for this purchase and with this seller it was no possible to make with tracking number so i don't understand why she could say " it's well arrived " , she has no proof to say if its in my mailbox or not !
she believe i try to scam her but its not my goal ,off course she asked me to finalize early and i do , may be it was a mistake but if im here its because i found a safe place to purchase my favorite stuff and you can see my account story , im not a fuckin lier or scammer , i repeat , when its here , i say and leave good feedback
and the problem is since this story , im affraid to make new order
i just want to find a resolution , i dont want to cause her trouble just have a commercial move

Given you have finalized the order all you can do now is try to work things out with the vendor I'm afraid.
