Hello, I have a problem with a seller who does not even want to respond to my messages.
I command him that I had not yet finalized for never arrived.
I never had problems with some vendors.
he also removed my purchase of the list.
I want to stop my purchase.
I still have 3 days to resolve my order.
sorry if my english is not correct but I try to make myself understood.
I speak French.
I wish I said that never had any worries with vendors and EVERY commands always happened.
Or at least have come to an arrangement.
but nobody answer me since last week.
it connects every day

Take the order into resolution and state your claim there.

i have some troubles with magicstic too, he is describe as locked up in jail, how is it possible to resolve the situation ?

Hit resolve or contact support and explain the situation. The admins will likely cancel the order for you.

I'm sad that some sellers continue to fuck the buyers...the guy do not answer my messages whereas he is connect everyday. Sr should take a look at him. Warning to all new buyers, do not buy to this guy.

Well this answer doesn,t sound fair to me from support,on his profile is written locked up in jail so Sr should do something,
Both Sr and the costumers have their responsibility we do our research in the forums if the vendor is legit ,but if a vendor is scamming
or selective scamming we need support or better they must banned these Vampires. In my opinion Sr need to do more about these low human/losers.( I know this isn,t easy and that they,re very busy,but there,s a high need to eliminate the increase of scammers.)
I just wish Sr could banned scammers faster in the future :-\ to prevent more misery for customers.(also costumers must do their homework)
