Since it seems like you already got screwed by them, give them a 1/5 and leave a honest opinion on how they used you... Then just hit the report the "report this vendor" tab on there listing... Since you already finalized, your not going to get any money back... Though at least you can bite them back for trying to use you...

I f.ed on my gram order and then they scammed me on the larger order which was in escrow. I reported this to sr support and hit the report button(like we are told)
but Sr still only gave me a 50% refund in resolution even tho I reported it. why?
I did everything Sr tell you to do
work that one out ???

No offense Joolz but you seem to be a scam magnet, I have never read so many posts by one member about having issues with vendors.
The moderators have no sway with admin decisions but you know this already. No one here has access to all the information the admins use to inform their decisions either so it is disingenuous to present a one sided scenario and ask others to comment on it.
As I said to you before, SR is an imperfect system, I'm sorry you have run into yet more vendor issues and I hope you can get some issues resolved. Continue to report the vendor and use the forums to thoroughly research any potential vendor choices before making a buy, even then any vendor is only as good as their last sale, we all get burnt from time to time.

how many? these 2 ananna express and charabros ? been on the road for a while with loads of transactions most with success & have never seen it so bad.
maybe its just scam city now :(
yeh we all get burnt but Sr isnt making it any better by ignoring certain issues (fe for example)scam sellers etc.
Dont worry for the first time in 2 years I wont be buying as much as I used too.why because I no longer trust the revolutionary approach we all had never mind the sellers on the road

Might just be my perception then mate, I seem to read a lot of posts by you in the customer support section. For what it's worth I always pass information up to try and catch potential issues as quickly as possible.
What I've found though is there seems to be a large number of people who do not seem to frequent the forums, I've always wondered why someone would still place an order with a vendor when their page is full of FE etc. I know that doesn't address some of the other types of issues that crop up like having your order cancelled when being asked to FE etc after the fact but all we can do it work together to try and stop bad practices and keep each other as safe as possible.
I hope you get some results soon mate, the good vendors are out there.

Unfortunately, when you are anonymous and so are the people you are dealing with, there will always be scams.
I've only been partially scammed once, but stayed in escrow and SR backed me up.
My personal rules are:
Never, ever, FE. (Not even Tony76 ever asked me to FE, though I did a couple times for dutchshop and a couple vendors I have good relationships with)
Only use sellers with good forum reviews by seasoned members. (Post count is only part of it, look at the users posts and how long they've been here.) User reviews are a huge part of this site, and will protect your ass if you pay attention.
Don't get greedy (if it looks too good to be true, it almost ALWAYS is)
I also tend not to deal with any new vendors. (Sorry guys)
I do make occasional exceptions to this though, when I have a few coins left I will sometimes spend my spare change on a new vendor to give them a chance. I would never have found Angel Eyes if I completely avoided nubs.
So far I've not lost any coins, and I've had one order cancelled by SR to get coins back. It dinged my refund rate a tic, but it wasn't anything big.
