Title: Where To Go?

I'm hoping someone can help me here, I don't know where to go from here.  I have only placed on order on this site before, and so far I haven't received it.  The initial order was placed on Feb5, 2013.  According to order details it was shipped Feb6, 2013.  After three weeks of not receiving the item, I contacted the seller to let them know it had not been received.  After going back and forth with the seller for some time, on March 15, 2013 the seller agreed to reship the order.  My order was then finalized.  Today, April 12, nearly a month later, I still have not received my product and I'm a bit upset about it.  What is the best next step to take, or am I pretty much out of luck on this?  I appreciate the responses in advance.  I hope this works out because it would be amazing to be able to order here regularly.  Thank you!

When you finalize you release payment to the vendor and SR support is no longer able to grant you a refund should your order not arrive. All you can do now is try and get the vendor to work out a resolution, if that doesn't happen you can change your feedback and post in the forums to warn others re your experience. Never finalize an order until you are happy with the transaction, that is why we have escrow. I hope your next experience is a better one!
