Title: i'am french and my item was scanned in destination country ITALY???? what to do?

I need the opinion of the forum about a problem that I encounter at the moment with an order from a reputed seller!
I placed an order with delivery tracking! the seller sent me my tracking number! when I check the number , this is what I discover:

The item was scanned in the country of destination Italy at Apr 10, 2013.


the problem is that I live in France and I am confident of giving the right address! i received package from this  seller every week!
when I write to the seller, it reads the messages but I do not answer!
What to do?

Any number of things could be going on, the vendor could have given you the wrong tracking number for your order or sent your order to the wrong address. The only person who can answer is the vendor really so hopefully they will get back to you soon. If they don't and you do not receive your order take it to resolution and try to work things out there.
