I am a newbie so hopefully this is all SOP I don't understand yet.
I had 3 orders in my shopping cart (3 separate vendors) with just enough Bitcoins to cover all three (0.01 to spare). I executed the order. Only 1 of the 3 went through. On 1 of the remaining orders, the price changed quite a bit. Worst part was that all of my Bitcoins disappeared. I checked with the vendor on one of the rejected orders and he had not received anything.
Now I have 1 order in escrow and no Bitcoins left. Somebody help me out..... what's going on?

I'm not sure what you have done as each order is processed individually as you are making them so when you say you "executed the order" I do not know what you mean by saying only one went through.
Please provide a more detailed explanation of what did?

I had added 3 separate items to my shopping cart from 3 separate vendors. I did not see any way to execute the orders one at a time so I assumed they would all get executed simultaneously (like Amazon) with each vendor getting the appropriate order and payment when I did execute the order, which I went ahead and did by clicking the button and entering my PIN.
I immediately got a message that I didn't have enough Bitcoins to execute all the orders. One disappeared from my shopping cart but the other two did not. I re-checked the site and one of the prices had, indeed, changed rather dramatically for one of the items. I chose a different item in my price range (assuming at taht point I still had my remaining funds) but when I went back to the shopping cart, my account balance showed 0.01bitcoins. I checked my order page and only the one order was there with an escrow amount of $56.85.
I had 0.84 bitcoins in my account. The order that went through was for 0.37 bitcoins but my account continues to show only 0.01bitcoins - the amount that would have been left had all 3 orders gone through at the quoted price.
If the other 2 orders did NOT go through, I should have 0.47bitcoins left. If they DID go through, I should have pending orders on my orders page.
Do you see anything in the process that I did wrong? Have you heard of this before? I have already escalated this to a customer support ticket but have heard nothing back yet.
Thx

I think you're just going to need to wait to hear back from SR Support - there's nothing we can do from our end here in the forums.

I agree with scout, not sure what happened to be honest from your description, first time I have heard on an issue like this.

So . . . it just so happened that bitcoin crashed to the precise point where I would be left - after executing the first item on the list - with exactly the same number of bitcoins I would have had if all 3 transactions occurred at the original price.
I was just another victim of the bitcoin crash.

I think I had a similar problem I ordered 2 things and once Or I think it was 3 but the client crashed and when I logged in my bitcoins were gone and only 1 item showed and being processed and the others were just gone. I just waited and it appeared back when the vendor did his thing for the order.
Hope this is what happened and everything resolves itself
