hi I placed an order on Monday transaction code :9d774b93d6.... after I placed it I received a message saying that they would not be sending orders for a while due to a machine fault in there vacum packs and said I could cancel if I wish. I could not cancel because the cancel button was not highlighted. I mailed him to cancel and he said it is canceled but its not. my order is still active and when I never received my bitcoins back. I checked my account and there is dollars in my escrow could this be the money ? and how do I cancel to get my bitcoins back ...

You won't be able to select the cancel option until a certain number of days have passed without the order being marked in transit. Contact SR support.
