Title: Resolution Center help needed

I am stuck in resolution center hell. I placed an order with a vendor on 3/22 and he marked it as in transit 4 minutes later. A week later it still hadn't arrived so I asked him when he shipped it. He said he had no idea what my order was and lost it. He said he might be able to get my order out that day or a few days from that time. I asked him if he could just give me my btc back (I did not FE) and cancel the order. He refused. After going back and forth for a while we ended up in the resolution center. He now will not cancel the order, will not send the product, and is saying I'm trying to scam him. I do have a record of all of the messages sent back and forth showing that he's actually lying but the SR staff keep extending the due date!! I have been dealing with this for way too long. I just want my btc back so I can order from someone else. The seller doesn't propose any resolution, he just keeps requesting to postpone the due date and that's all that has happened so far. When will SR finally make a decision and end this?? Can anyone help me with this?

The order has not been cancelled, if it had been cancelled I would have my btc back. I am not trying to scam anyone. I honestly don't know what the seller wants me to do. Either cancel the transaction so I can get my btc back or send the product. If the seller hadn't marked it as sent in the first place this never would have happened. Facts are: item was marked as sent, item was not sent. I have no product, and i do not have access to the btc still in escrow until he releases them. I just want my money back. If he (the seller) has any other suggestions I would be willing to listen but he doesn't want to give me my btc back OR send the item. Now THAT is a scam. Help please!    kariel73    1 day

100%         We will not be able to resolve this between ourselves. The seller is holding my btc, will not cancel the sale, and will not send me the product I ordered. He is being completely unreasonable and I am like he just wants to keep my btc and his product. I am not trying to get away with anything. I just want my btc back so I can order from someone else. I don't think that is being unreasonable. The seller stated he would send my order out if I provided him my address. I did that, and he still won't send them out. 100%         BTW, how can I be a shoplifter when you haven't sent me anything and I still don't have my btc??? You can point the finger at me all you want but I have it in black and white everything you said. You even tried to get me to change feedback for you before you would send my order out. -Which is especially odd since I did not leave you any feedback.    kariel73    2 days

100%         I honestly can't understand much of what is being said. I just want my btc back so I can order from someone else. The seller marked my items as being in transit when he never sent it out. He won't give me my money back, and I can't cancel the sale. Someone needs to step in.    kariel73    2 days

100%         I give up. Now this guy won't send my order OR refund my money. He just sent me a message about changing my feedback. I haven't left any feedback!!! I am so confused. Administrators please look at this, this is the message history:

100%         What exactly is the problem? Why are you refusing to refund my money? You have not sent me anything, you are not out any product. Stop making excuses. You are not making any sense. I never said you ignored any messages. Stick to what's relevant please. You did not ship out my order even though you marked it as being in transit over a week and a half ago. 100%         Please refund my money, I don't know where this FE is coming from, that has nothing to do with it. 0%         I am offering 12 due to the pgp puplic key not being current. the address was never sent in any platform ie privnote and wanted I refund .without a chance to provide a location to sendproduct. nobody is offering 12 tabs for a fe I never asked for. client fe on their own.    MrNiceGuy007    7 days

SR support can access all the messages exchanged between you and the vendor if needed, I am unsure why resolution keep extending the due date, they are probably hoping that you and the vendor will work things out but it certainly doesn't look like that is going to happen anytime soon.

Post in resolution clearly stating you have been unable to resolve matters with the vendor, you have no product and no coins and therefore need SR support to make a decision, request a 100% refund and no damage to your stats.

I cannot predict what outcome you will get, obviously in such matters there is always another perspective on things however if you state the facts regarding what happened as succinctly and non emotively as possible highlighting the lengths you have already gone to in order to try and work out a resolution I would hope you will have a decision sooner rather than later.
