so i have had a missing pack from Pablo since feb.22nd. He supposedly had a tracking number for my order but "lost it" and my pack never arrived... he refused any kind of refund even partial, and didnt want to reship until the SR mod said it would be split 50/50 if he couldnt come up with tracking number....eventually he agreed to a reship and an extension.... well we went through my whole 14 day extension with no pack so i ask Pablo whats up and he saysd my address is invalid and wonty accept packs... this is bullshit as i have recieved some 20+ packs from SR to said address. So again i ask for 50% rEFUND AT least, and again i am shut down. and aAgain he says he will try to reship if i give him address exactly like it is on my mail. So for the 3rd time i give my address and tell pablo i want a tracking number so i xcan at least be sure it is sent and that he put in right address... he agreed, we did another 14 day resolution... and now here we are like 9 days later AGAIN still no Pack, AGAIN still no Trackin number, and the last 2 messages sent to Pablo he refuses to read.
Can a mod please step into resolve and at least give me back half of my coin... i fully believe i got selective scammed and should be entitled to 100% refund but if The Admins will at least review the case and make a judgement i am sick of waiting for this guy

Admire your patience mate and sorry to hear things have turned so messy with the vendor.
The mods do not have those privileges I'm afraid mate, only SR support can adjudicate on resolution matters but posting here in the forums may assist you in motivating the vendor to come to an amicable resolution.

Mate I would be more that just tired of waiting, I think you have been incredibly patient under the circumstances.
