Title: is it possible to access Deleted messages? to resolve issue

Hi, i have an issue with a vendor which i cant resolve because i need to access messages which got deleted a month or 2 ago. Is it possible? was a big order :(

Yes all messages on the main site are saved for several months so SR support can access them if needed.
