I don't think so, I know all buyer details are deleted when an order is cancelled, probably a good idea for a vendor to answer this one.

I'm not sure, but if you are going to cancel an order then I would advise you to confirm doing so with the vendor in a message.

No, you aren't notified. The order disappears, and so does the btc...  :o

Thanks SSBD and Aussie bob.  malinche, the order that raised this question is eligible to be cancelled because the vendor hasn't been on SR for a few days, and I'm not going to wait for him to get out of jail to fullfill the order. ;)
