Paid for several instant delivery electronic items.
For four orders in a row he gave me: 1) bad password 2)no info 3)different no good than order 4)never sent it
Four non-working orders.
Oh and delivery of the broken / bad info took 3-4 days due to "family issue"
So he didn't deliver on that promise either.
I went out of town by necessity and missed the cancel before auto finalizing happened.
DrwkwarD - never responded to a single message to his tor or account here. Despite continuing business and screwing others, and checking in daily (last visit),
SUPPORT: you haven't even responded to my complaint about DrwkwarD!
This is 3 months of trying to not give the guy 1 scores. I plan to try to keep one on every page - space them out. And link to the scam into to a website detailing this guys scams.
Support really dropped the ball in not responding too.

Have you tried taking your issues to resolution?
You mentioned letting one order auto finalize which happens after 17 days and you state the items you tried to order were instant delivery electronic items, I am unclear on how this was left for 17 days without you taking any action prior, I know you said you went out of town but all the same it would seem reasonable that you were aware of the issue fairly soon after attempting purchase, maybe if you provide some more info I will understand your situation better.

His ad claimed instant electronic delivery.
But due to SR's bad system - there is no allowance for that - and I can't cancel an order for many days.
DrawkwarD send a post saying he had a problem after several days he finally sent some of the info.
As in the above post - mostly it wasn't what i ordered or just flat out didn't work.
I thought - well at least he's communicating - no need to cause a hassle, I'll just write back about the problem,
and he will fix it and no probs...
I kept waiting for a reply. I still couldn't cancel the order just FE (which i didn't) - if i remember the cancel part correctly.
Anyway I had to go out of town, didn't have time to worry about this purchase.
The system auto finalized. Despite many messages to DrawkwarD and support not a single reply from either one.
Not sure who is worse support or DrawkwarD really.

You can cancel an order if it is still marked as 'processing' after 4 days but I doubt that would have been much help to you in this instance.
If you had clicked on resolve before the auto finalize date you could have taken it to the resolution center and worked out your issues with the vendor there. Sometimes SR support are slow to respond I'm afraid, there are not too many people working for SR as you probably already know so when there are more global issues as recently happened with the withdrawals situation they get slammed with PM's which then really slows things down.
You are right it is not a perfect system but this is what we are working with so as frustrating as it may be there is little more I can tell you beyond I'm sorry this happened and I hope in future you can take any issues to resolution in time to avoid having a repeat situation.
Not the answer you want I know but that's as much as I can tell you.

But since FEB - several messages to support and NOT A SINGLE REPLY?
Who can be that busy.
Your policy is basically to allow scammers to continue to sell here? That is the result.
Instead of just being a shill for SR - why not just agree that not a single reply since Feb is a serious problem with support.
I thought that was partly what these boards are for = getting help. All i see is inventive ways to defend SR and ignore any
details that don't favor SR. At least that is my experience with the mods here so far.

I wasn't aware you had not had any responses from support since February, have your messages been read? if it makes you feel better yes I agree if that is what has happened then it is an issue, I have never heard of anyone not get any response before, just sometimes waiting longer periods to hear back. I am not involved in SR support activities so I have no idea what happened in your case.
I sense I am becoming the target of your frustrations in this matter, I have tried to answer your posts as best I can, beyond that I am unable to assist you further.
