Title: Minimum Withdrawal Amounts from SR
Post by: BabyBeezy on April 03, 2013, 02:14 pm
I wanted to send a small amount of BTC from my wallet to my SR account and then send it back to the wallet, in order to see if the transactions confirm (still waiting on a larger one from April 1).

Does anyone know the smallest permissible amount of BTC one can withdraw from SR? I tried 0.01 but it rejected it saying that "withdrawals must be at least 0..001", which was puzzling. I then tried 0.10 BTC and same message. Does SR not go further than two decimal places? What happens if someone sends 0.0006 BTC, for instance? Does SR simply ignore it as being too small?

Thanks to anyone who has info on this...

Your wallet does not round up, that would be like showing money you don't have. SR has also added a new "0.000....1" feature on the home page with more decimals.
