Hello whoevers listening!
I am trying to sort out an issue with 2 vendors regarding shipments that didnt show up. Both have asked me for transaction details and i am struggling to find them anywhere, having FE'd (from AUS) i cannot 'resolve' issue. Is it possible to obtain these details? or do they have to be noted when payment first goes into escrow?

Your transaction details are listed in the account section under account history.

yes i have looked at this but mine shows nothing? and i have made 10+ transactions

You'll need to get in touch with SR Support over on the main site and ask them about it. We have no access to that info here on the forums.
