Hello,
I am a new vendor here on SR.
I have received that order from SR:
One or more of your unshipped orders have become past due. Your customers may cancel past due orders at any time. Please do not keep them waiting any longer than is necessary. Thanks :)
Best regards,
Silk Road staff

What should I do now? Should I ship the order despite that message?
Please I need your help!
Kindly regards

When someone makes an order with you, you are supposed to ship it within 4 days, and confirm it on your orders page (tick the box for that order, then press 'go'). This means the order is 'In transit' to the customer.
When 4 days have passed and you haven't shipped the order, the customer can cancel the order.
If you are actually going to ship the order and if the buyer hasn't already cancelled the order, you should get in touch and let them know that you are going to ship it. Make sure to get in touch though, as the customer could cancel it even if you have already shipped it. This means you would lose out on your money ;)
Hope this helps :)

As the post above states you should contact the buyer, it is not good business practice to leave buyers hanging like this anyway, also if you do ship before marking the order in transit now the buyer may cancel before you get a chance to do so thus you have just posted them a free order!
