Hi,

Yes, it was me, I forgot my own pin and managed to get it locked - my account hasn't been hacked I just left it for a while :)
Now I'd really like to get going and spend some coin but when I went to do a simple pin reset I'm facing the able message - my maths is rubbish but i make 23k hrs about 3 years :(

Please can someone help me out, or kindly direct me towards someone who can.

You will need to contact SR Support staff as they are the only ones who can help with a pin reset. You can contact them on the account page on Silk Road.
Can you still log into your SR account?
