after 2 weeks, I selected the option''resolve'' because I have not received
I asked him to send back
the seller wants me to finalize 100% for shipping back
I can not find the option finalizes,how can I fix and leave in good condition my profile buyer?(do not let the purchase history refund, because I pay 100% ...)

If you finalize there is nothing SR support can do to help you if the vendor does not want to negotiate a deal. If you take it to resolution and get a refund though you will damage your buyer stats by having a refund rate.
What would do in your situation would entirely depend on the size of the order, my relationship with the vendor i.e. would I trust them to reship if I finalized etc.
