Title: order has not arrived

I placed a small order (2 g) 20 days ago, but I have not seen anything.
the seller told me that doubts that two packages have not arrived,but I made the order of 2 different products at the same time (1 g-1g) and I paid and asked to send in one letter (of course).
however, I asked him to send it again, He want to finalize soon.Spending is relatively low, so I want to accept.
 he wants me to finalize 100% how do I do it for finalize 100%?

If you want to finalize you just release the funds but it sounds like you have unfinished business with this vendor, you sure you want to be finalizing just yet??

If he has faith it will show up, then just do the extended transit time. If hes going to re-ship id say take his word and finalize, we need to cover costs also.
