I bought a (in hindsight a scam) lottery ticket from JCash98. I didn't finalize. After about 4 days, his vendor account was deleted. The transaction is still in place. It's been another week and now the transaction will auto-finalize in about 4 more days.
I've sent it to the resolution center explaining his scam status and vendor account status in the optional message box and asking for 100% refund.
Does JCash98 have to agree? What happens if it goes unresolved? I don't want a negative auto-finalize flag on my account if possible.

Take it to resolution, that automatically adds 5 days to the auto finalize date, ask for a 100% refund and explain why. If the vendor does not agree SR support will decide, just make sure the most recent message in resolution is yours as the finalize date approaches.
