Hi everyone.
OK, so here's the deal...
Three weeks ago I ordered 2 grams of Valium powder from Fred.
I got it after 3 business days. It was underweight by 200-250mg's.
I asked him about this and no way it could be underweight because he has "10000$" scales.
OK, that's fine.
I'm doing another order like two weeks ago, nothing shows up!
Fred doesn't wants to reship or come to any resolution at all.
Funny thing is that every other package came thru, except Freds.
Well... from Uk to my country it has never in my life took this long to get something through the mail.
And of it gets caught in customs are won't be getting love letters, you'll get a raided house and directly taken for questioning and all that shit. Wait locked up until court. I'm not talking about AUS.
So why I'm writing this? it's because I've tried to come up to some resolution with Fred, but he doesn't believe me or something in that way. Well, my stats speak for themselves.
From my point of view, if this shit happens and you want to take care of your customers, don't do like Fred does.
I really want him to read this also.. because this ain't good.
Today it's near 8-10 business days and still nothing... but other things go through.. please explain Fred!
If SR team doesn't think this should be here then delete it or give me a warning :)
As this is my first time writing in the forums!
Next up is resolution center if Fred doesn't change his mind.
Thanks, I just want all of you to know, he might be a selective scammer to those ordered before... because if they got it once.. they should get it twice. And to get some kind of refund you need custom papers. In my country we don't even get that, we get raided first, then MAYBE papers.
So HOW can I prove it's NOT sent? I can't. And who says Fred sent out all orders correctly without tracking?
When order was made it took like 5 minutes then it was in transit?!? Hmm....
Since my country is hard to get things into I might think Fred's taking advantage of that, who knows?

hmm, in my opinion, you must have been satisfied enough to make another purchase after being delt short. Yeah things happen i know some people weigh it in the bag but that doesnt apply here since its mg your dealing with, on the other hand you cant just throw a vendor under the buss before all is done in stone possitive or not for yourself, we deal sometimes with 10 orders a day and a crap load more window shoppers sending messages. Although i know selective scammers exist you cant call them out on it before SR resolution. But i most definatley see where your coming from... ive sent mutiple packages same day to customers one would take 5 days then the other 15 days, keep in mind these are shipped same day same customer, missed the plane? not sure. As for the "in transit" within 5 minutes, yeah its possible i do it too il admit, when your so backed up and business is just booming and its after a weekend and you dont want to copy/paste 30+ address' you just print the label and set it aside to be shipped next business day, most customers know this when they see a order confirmed on a weekend. It is not smart to ship out on a weekend and have it sitting in a depot for any amount of time, some vendors only ship monday to thursday because of this. All and all hope you got something out of all that, your only hope is good faith and SR support over on the main site. Best of luck.

I'm pretty sure fredthebaker is a selective scammer. Never received my order, and he just falls back on his policy of not giving refunds for UK orders.
EDIT: Calling him a scammer was a bit premature. Received my order today.

What you do really depends on how much energy you want to invest in trying to get a resolution. By all means take it to resolution and state your claim there as succinctly and non emotively as you have done here detailing what steps you have taken to try and work out a resolution with the vendor. Alternatively you can leave the review you think the vendor deserves for this transaction and walk away and buy from someone else in future.
If I had one bad experience with a vendor who wasn't interested in working out a resolution I would not be using them again but that's just me.

I have done business with fred in the past. He was a stand up guy, responded and shipped quickly providing tracking numbers and good products. After this last transaction i feel that I must cut him loose from my buying circle. He sent me the wrong ambien brand (cheaper listing) than what I have bought. Whats worse was that all of the pills were set to expire that month. We resolved it and he gave me a partial refund but he still has the brand up, and asking if he had the right product, he responded he still has leftovers he wants to sell of first so he is still sending people a cheaper brand intentionally. Its a shame because he has awesome deals on the road.

this post is bullshit.
srbsativa got his 5g of powder and he said he would update the thread.
after nearly 2 years of building our rep on sr do you really think we would rip some person off for a couple of hundred dollars.
are business is to bring the products we can offer at the cheapest prices we can offer.
we will not fuck that up for a 15 or 40 dollar order, that is just a joke.
what some people on silk road do not realize is that sometimes royalmail do there job and seize an envelope. I wish we where smarter than them and make it a perfect world that every item gets through.
What makes us laugh is that every 20 - 30 items we get called selective scammers because we love to rip people off for 15 or 40 dollars when we try are best to make every customer happy.
buyers have to realize that the postal service do there job sometimes and seize some products.
but call us what you think, we are here to stay and our feedback speaks for itself.

Both sides have had their say, the best place to sort this out is in resolution. The OP has been answered so I am locking this thread now. If wither party would like to carry on debating this openly feel free to start a thread elsewhere on the forums.
