Title: Unused Gift Code

I am a vendor and made a gift code many months ago, the code could only be used with myself as the vendor. This code was never used and don't for-see it getting used. How do I go about getting that back? Back when bitcoins were $3 these were easily forgettable, now however with the price within reach of $100 it changes things just a bit.
