Title: Average response time by SR support?

Shot'em a email about 9 hours ago and its still unread. Is this common?

Go buy a donkey. Ride it to SR staff  HQ . Hand deliver.. Prolly the fastest route.

I have actually tried the donkey approach before, i got all the way there after a 9 day trip and when i got there they just had a note on the door i got the common "Problem loading page - Unable to connect"

SR does not employ a huge team of support staff, think about it! when there are more global issues on the site it takes longer to get a response, under normal circumstances they are pretty fast at getting back to you but at others it can take days.

I think many people have VERY unrealistic expectations of this service at times, people need to learn to be patient.
