Hello,
i have two questions,first i have a magnet card writer/reader and a chipcard writer/reader and i want to sell it,can i sell it here on silkroad?Only the Hardware and the driver and no card data or other carding datas tools ect.
and my second and importand question,i have get a 1/5 feedback from a domestic coustomer he say that he never got something,but i have send 4 letters to him (one the order and 3times refund) so that i have loose much money and the last two letters have i send with tracking number and they say that it arrives,the two papers with the number have i in a save on a save place (not the adress or so only the number with the first two letters of her name) and this feedback is not good for my buissnes and i have loose 15 pills and i want to ask if the feedback can remove or if the sr support can talk with him because i have loose 4 regular customers and i dont know how much normal customers have not order because the feedback.

Hi! I shall assume English is not your first language. (I hope to God it isn't)
Anyways, yes, you can sell card writers, as long as it's not for the purspose of skimming credit cards. (For example writing cards for a club ID or whatever.)

The rule is so long as it does not cause harm so provided your equipment is used responsibly then yes you can list it.
