Title: Broken resolution policy left my account practically unusable

About 4 weeks ago, I tried to place an order for $200. The seller didnt communicate the entire time, with several other buyers having the same problem with the seller, and I eventually had to have administration cancer the order. Problem, even though the product was never shipped, and every problem was seller-side, the cancellation counted as a refund, and the quantity of the order left me with a 46% refund rate. 46%! No seller wants to deal with a buyer that has over a 10% refund rate. I messaged administration, and they told me that it counted as a cancellation, not a refund(they looked at the wrong fucking order!) and that I should fret not because it will go off the record in a mere three months How do I get this fixed? .

Contact support again mate, a cancellation should not affect your stats at all.
