Title: looking for a past transaction number...

My account history only shows transactions for the last month, is there any way to get an older transaction id ?

I don't think so. It only keeps transactions from the past 30 days or something like that I believe.

Yep, that's what I thought but what is one supposed to do when one has an issue regarding a past order ? That's my problem.

Write to support they will give you the TX#.

That brings the Q though, how long does SR keep old/deleted info/messages, etc.??

Contact SR support and they can give it to you, your transaction history going back several months is accessible by support.

Thanks guys for your help, unfortunately SR Support told me there was no way of retrieving past transactions that old.

I thought they kept records for longer than 7 weeks, I will ask an admin and reply back here when I get a response.

It would be good in order order for everyone to know...I've already sorted my issue with the vendor anyway. But yeah, they should keep transactions ids at least three months, since many products get tested a few months later after the order is finalized.
