Hello,
Unfortunately, I did everything you're not supposed to do on my first purchase. After seeing this vendor in a forum, I paid through western union outside of the silkroad. This vendor is supposed to be insured by the silk road; I know that the insurance doesn't cover me, but it there a way to revoke their vendor status so other people aren't scammed as I was?

Use the report vendor button on their vendor page.
And what does insred by silkroad mean? your only insurance is to use SRs escrow service.

If a vendor has asked you to pay OOE (outside of escrow) they must be reported as that is against the rules. You only have the protection of SR support if you use escrow.
