Title: Processing order problems

Hey guys, about a week ago I ordered from LucyDrop and money from my account is gone but the order status is still "processing". If it helps, the money is still in escrow.

How would I go about getting a refund?

at this point if it isn't in transit you can cancel your order and have your coin back minus the hedge fee if there was one!
