I put in the right password and pin code as far as im aware and it says Login failed, please try again
I cant create a new account because its disabled inorder to get to the Support page so im asking here
I havent tried logging in since its been asking for a pin code with the reasoning being hackers.. did my account get hacked?

if you ever, for any reason, ever, used your pin to log in, you more than likely got hacked. never, ever, ever, ever do you need to give a pin to log in. EVER.

Im having the same issue.. Not with the login with pin tho..

make sure cookies are enabled in your browser options

make sure cookies are enabled during a browser session only. is my advice.

ugh i must have been using a phishing page the entire time.. i got a new pc and dont remember where i got this link from the hidden wiki or something

There is a post in the security section of this forum instructing us not to use the link in the Hidden Wiki because phishers are using it to collect sign in information. SR changes the Hidden Wiki URL, and the phishers just change it back within seconds.
