Well after 6 months on SR and over 20 flawless transactions (also several transaction where money was sent to vendors bc i trusted them for the deal they promised. Everything has been perfect. They always reply and I stick my my group of 10 or so for all my needs. NOW, my adderall guy was out. I need them for work. He takes TWO days and they are at my door. He was out this week :-(
No problem, right? Plenty of other adderall guys with (99-100) ratings!! I placed an order for 2, 30mg IR and told him i would send my remaining .15 to him and he told me that he would send me two extra.
Since then he has vanished. My order is still up there (when it should be in my po box) not in transit. I've read in a posts and a feedback that he is prone to this type of flakiness. In the meantime another vendor set up a "just as good" custom listing for me. I just need my money back from the order.
I know when something is "off" with a vendor. This is the first time I've encountered it. And it sucks just a little response saying "sorry ive been busy, im sending you the extras right away" and it would be heaven. BUT he's MIA.
I reported the vendor and gave the issue and transaction #. Can i do anything else?
It says I can cancel in 2 days....will all my money be right back in my account??
Someone fill me in....
Thanks

There isn't really anything you can do. You also shouldn't have really bothered support with the matter, because there's nothing they can/will do and they're swamped as it is. Just wait the two days: I wish there was something better to tell you, but that's just how it is.
Regarding canceling, it's... not as simple as that. I don't know the details, personally, but I think it depends on whether the item was hedged or not (it's a vendor thing). Basically in some circumstances SR keeps their hedging fee whether the order is fulfilled or canceled or resolved or whatever else. It may not be the hedging fee they keep, it may be some other fee... frankly I'm not sure, but there's some damn percentage they keep sometimes depending on the listing.

All hedged orders incur a 4% fee, cancelled or not.
As SS said you can cancel the order in 2 days which will probably be a quicker time-frame than the seriously over burdened SR support staff would be able to respond to you in.
It sucks to have to wait but that's just how it goes I'm afraid, I feel that many people have unrealistic expectations of what SR support is capable of, there is not a large dedicated support team handling issues, SR by its very nature has to employ as few people as possible for obvious reasons. Just because you are buying drugs of an eBay style website does not make this eBay! That rant was not directed at the OP by the way, I am just making a point for the benefit of others who may read this.

Well i sort of understand the % for SR, but IF this guy really is trying to scam a silly $50 randomly....its pathetic. So i still have hope that he'll live up to his word....if he doesnt, ill have to drop $50 in here (which i dont really have) and buy adderall from someone else. geez
