Hoping to get some light shed on a situation I encountered. Yesterday (3/18) I messaged a vendor concerning an order I wanted to make and asked him when he would be able to ship the order. He told me that he would be able to get it sent out today (3/19). Because he said that he would be able to get the order out promptly, I placed the order yesterday (3/18) afternoon (2100ish UTC) and everything looked okay from my end. I signed in today to check if he had sent the package, but the status is still "processing." This doesn't overly concern me, as maybe he sent it or will be sending it, but just hasn't had the opportunity to mark it in transit. What does confuse me and concern me is that the "Cancel" button has already become available to me. When I look at the vendor's page, he has no listings up. I am trying to be optimistic and think that he simply ran out of stock after I placed my order, thus pulled down the rest of his listings, and that soon my order will be marked "in transit." Nonetheless, my access to the cancel button (which normally takes 4 days to get access to) after just a few hours worries and confuses me. If anyone could shed some light on this situation it would be much appreciated.

That is strange re the cancel option being available, I have just noticed I have the exact same thing on one of my orders placed yesterday too. Never seen that before, it only usually becomes available after 4 days, I will go and see what I can find out and report back.

Thanks, I'm just worried this is something in regards to the vendor not being able to follow through with the shipment. I went with him purely based on the fact that he could get the shipment out today and would have gone with a more expensive vendor if that was what was needed to keep with my schedule.

I don't think that's the issue mate, like I said I've got the same thing going on next to one of my orders. I've pm'd the boss to see what the go is, when I know you will know ;)
