Title: Giving Forum Reputation/Rep Points - How To?

As the thread title says, how do you give forum reputation or rep points to other forum users? I can't see where to which leads me to believe that I'm not able to yet and if that's the case when will I be able to? Is it after I reach a certain amount of posts or after I've been a member for a certain time period, and if so what are the amount of posts or member time I'd have to reach before being able to give rep?

Assuming you mean karma, in which case you can once you reach 100 posts.
