Title: ripped off, what to do?

Hi I´m new in the forum and on SR also. I´ve done my second order maybe 10 days ago. The vendor is called EVILUTION says he´s from belgium. So I´ve done the order, Coins was sendet. Than he sendet a message with the content that he won´t sell to members with less than 10 transactions or you have to finalize early. I sendet a message and asked why and that I won´t finalize early. Then he sendet a mail saying that i have to click FINALIZE or he cancels the order. I´ve answered: Cancel the order I won´t finalize , send me back the Coins. That´s now maybe 5 days ago , no reaction. What can I do now? There are 8 days left for Autofinalize !

Hit the Report the vendor button , its on his selling page mate .

You can also click the "resolve" button on your orders page. That forces negotiation and if he ignores you there, Support will step in and deal with the issue directly.

i´ve just done 2 vendor reports, nothing shows on page. The resolve button isn´t working (it´s black and you can´t click it)

what happens when the auto finalize completes the order in 8 days? is there a way to get by bucks?

They should be able to freeze the btc in his  account ..... if he doesnt refund   let it auto finalize and you will get it back   ;)

You can cancel the order from your end after 4 days when an order doesn't progress from 'processing'. If you hover the mouse over where is says cancel it should pop up how much longer you need to wait before you can cancel. You should also contact SR support and tell them what is happening so they can step in if needed.

Whatever you do, dont send him money.. he is scamming all who will send him.
