Title: Sellers account been deactivated, having problems resolving issues

I've placed an order with a seller but it hasn't arrived after 8 days (the expected delivery time was 2-3 days). I have contacted the seller and he has said there was a mix up with the orders and has assured me that my order should be on its way however there are problems resolving issues with buyers because his account has been deactivated and he can't see who ordered what. In the last message he asked me to contact SR support to ask for his account to be reinstated. What reasons would there be for deactivating his account?

Only the vendor can answer that but it is usually when they have broken SR rules regarding doing deals outside of escrow and/or are found to be scamming.

It is not your place to be asking SR support to do anything regarding this vendor, I hope you are in escrow as I suspect you will be taking this to resolution.

It all sounds a bit odd. However I am still in escrow and will be taking it to resolution if it has still not arrived in the next few days. Thanks for the reply

yeh greenfields man I know everything he cant post coz of the 50 post thing  ...  I said fuk it im posting it

    you wanna hear his story , he ordered 2 items for workmates from his buyer account at work at a call centre as the smelt the skunk  did his head in he mentioned showed them sr at work (call centre) & told them it was a vendor called greenfields.. Defo  didnt want them to know he was the seller (which is fair enough ) right ??
 they didnt have or want an account but knew he had and asked  even done his head in to order from work  (loads of transactions on sr ordered for workmates for months from this buyer account)  before he got his vendors account  anyway asked him to order from his as they didnt trust this new vendor greenfields (him)  & who wanted F.E for under 4-5 transactions  (again fair enough ) well he ordered 2 item and left feedback at work infront of them all  .. 3-4 months later he gets a pm from sr support saying he faked 2 feedbacks and was banned ? out of 200 transaction they ban him for 2 feedbacks he explained about) & why wait 4 months  no pm no first strike just told he made a mistake theres no second chance (when we all know there is mrrouid a great example of peer pressure) and to buy another account another $500 ?? poor guy he even asked if he could pay a fine and keep the account as it took months time and hard work to get the 200 positive,s  which seems fair enough  only to be told NO  .. BUT  he was more than welcome to buy another account ?  Is this vendors support sick idea of support no warning etc nothing
 
dunno what that sam guy did in the other thread and fuk knows how charabros and superthrips nevermind eddy420 are still allowed to sell coz Ive reported them on numerous occasions.... here that numerous occasions      IS THERE any other Sr buyers out there that have reported these scammers  pipe up SR are  saying   "that buyer need to hit the report a vendor button"        eh  we did and how many times  do we need too before Sr  takes action 20 -30  ??

 yet this lad does what  fuk all compared to these guys and hes been told hes welcomed back anytime ;D  just buy another account 500 buck which you get back , he had 200 positive feedbacks all  5/5   bar 1   was a member for 8 months must have paid fee,s obviously & didnt get his bond back , was he supposed to ask for it back ??
  So ask yourself did you support this guy by booting him or do you only support superthrip and chara bros  & why cant you reinstate  greenfields if thats the only reason he was banned given vendors break  the F.E rule all the time or is it a rule ??
 Ive seen reinstatement happen before many a time mroiud the best example
 only asking as I want to be clear if I get a vendors account

SR what does Sr Support do for you as a vendor   ?  help?

srobe mate Im in contact with the poor cunt  all the time just trying to cheer him up so let me know  hes gutted about it & he realizies he  should have made a shill account  but he didnt think or wasnt that dishonest ........  as they were fuking about at work  and     SR KNOW THIS
I just told him he can still see orders if he hits orders on his account & sort out his problems , hes just worried folk see him gone and dont pay claiming they never got it leaving him in more shit
Vendor support  Hope  proud of yourselfs protecting superthrips and charabros but doing full all &not helping my mate apart from say buy another account  gees more money
