Title: All my orders got finalized

I had 4 orders in transit, none of which were even close to auto-finalize.  When I logged on today I saw on top that I had 0 orders, so I was like wtf where my orders go.  I proceeded to click on orders tab and there they were all finalized, waiting for my feedback.  Anyone else run into this problem?  Contacted SR already no response.

I have never heard of this happening to anyone else, please post back with an update after support have gotten back to you.

"Are you aware of "auto-finalizing"? Have you even read the buyer's guide?"

Uhmm yes I know about autofinalizing but all my orders were on different dates.  How would they all auto finalize at one time.

" Well then you must have finalized them, because your the only person who had the power to do so. If you didn't then somebody else who was logged into your account did."

Don't even think they are even trying to help me.  I would freaking know if I clicked all 4 orders to finalized.  And no one knows my SR password I never even shared it to anyone, and I never used any wiki links always have mine bookmarked. 

SR does not seem very helpful, feel like I'm getting treating like a dumbass.

Sorry mate but there is nothing I can do to assist you re this, SR support are the only ones who can and like I said I have never heard of this issue happening to anyone else ever.

Let's just hope all 4 of your orders arrive safely.
