God damn it, I ordered from him on Sunday night. He sent me a message saying that my order will be shipped in the morning the next day, then marked it as in transit???. How do I go about getting my money back, I didn't FE. I'm still going to wait and give him the benefit of doubt before I do too much though.
PLEASE DON'T LET THIS BE TRUE.

If you did not FE and are in escrow you can take the order to resolution and if the vendor has been scamming you will get a full refund with no damage to your stats.

Will all depend on what happens when you take it to resolution I'm afraid, I cannot give you a timeline.

Placed an order early Saturday, and it was shipped that day (1st class). Now I don't know if it was dropped into a USPS box before or after pickup, but I'm assuming chances are USPS did not post-mark it until Monday. So I should get my order tomorrow or Friday, maybe Sat. at the latest.
Will keep you informed as it comes in, or does not come in.
Hopefully, MrMoney's message about getting out of the game does not mean he had a run in with the law (while holding our orders), nor that he is scamming... But just that maybe he took some of his own acid and had a revaluation of his own life.
This sucks because I'm ready to make more orders (unrelated, from other vendors), but don't want to take the chance that LE could now be involved with watching my address.

Also, when I checked MrMoney's feedback a few days after making the order, some guy said his own SilkRoad username was written on the envelope... Like it was either sent to the username instead of the real name, or the envelope was marked with it.
Anyone read the latest feedback when it was still up?

MrMoney's vendor page has been updated with the following message -
EDIT) my last round of orders was 3 days late shipping. do not worry. every one of my customers will receive their order from me. promise.
So anyone that falls into that category could be getting something in next week.
Will keep everyone apprised if mine comes in or not.

Package came in today. From last week.
Mr Money is not scamming.
If you ordered over Sunday, or anytime this week, it probably shipped Wednesday or Thursday, and you should get it sometimes next week.
