Title: how to fund my account

first timer here. every time I try to deposit funds into my account, I get the warning page & when I copy & paste the address given, I get "can't connect" - what am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help

From your description I have no idea what your issue is I'm afraid, can you explain what you are doing more clearly?
