Hello, im hoping to get some help and information, i can't log in to my account and it just keeps telling me "Login Failed, please try again".
Its been over a month since i last logged in but I know for certain that i am entering the correct details and that i've never been the victim of any phishing.
Is there someway to have someone look at my account?
Ive made quite a few purchases and have a little btc in there, I really don't want to open a new account and have to build up another clean reputation,
Is anyone else having issues or has there been account hacking since i was last on?

hi scarecrow, i read your post just after i posted mine, hope someone can help us out :-\
I did a bit of searching through the customer support section and it looks like talking to SR support directly is the best way.
I made a new temporary SR account just so i could send a support ticket through the mainsite, if you haven't done that already it is probably the best way to go.
Hope you get your account working again.

I had this problem last week right before the forums went down. Get in touch with SR Support over on SR, if you are able to create a new account ...

Hi guys thanks for posting your replies, i'm very sorry for not updating this post but i was away for a few days.
I'm happy to say that SR support were very quick to help me and i managed to get my account password reset after some proof of identity and all is well again. :)
I hope you had as smooth an experience getting back into your account scarecrow03.
